Výkonové LED a jejich vlastnosti

Abstract

Beginning of the bachelor work deals with classic LEDs from which power LEDs come out from. This theme includes their history, structure and application in present days. Second part is attending to main theme of the work, description of power LEDs characteristics, which is splitted to several chapters which are dedicated to detailed description of power LEDs, their special characteristics and parameters. Last chapters discuss white power LEDs, their advantages and disadvantages and there where we could meet with power LEDs in real life too. In last part of the work there are visualizations of results of practical measurements - spectral transmission of light through samples of chosen materials, changes in spectrum while temperature exposing. This information was transferred to charts and schemes from which there were made conclusions.
