Optimalizace vybavení jednotky sboru dobrovolných hasičů obce věcnými prostředky a technikou

Abstract

Diploma work deals with problems and questions of assets equipment of the municipal volunteer fire company in the Czech Republic (thereinafter "municipal fire company"). At he beginning is described the history, organization and the contemporary state of facilities of the fire companies in the Czech Republic. In the next part is reviewed the procure process of technical and movable equipment presently. Further are analysed needs and criteria which are relative to their fighting power from aspects of technical power readiness and resources to fulfilment of effective intervention. Here is presented and proposed procure methodology of mobile fire techniques for municipaly fire company according to valid legislation. There are interpretationed proposals for function streamline of municipal fire company by ensurance of technicality fighting power. Diploma work was completed by technical information about the municipal fire companies in the choosed countries of European Union.
