Abstract

The thesis, "Selected regional economic factors," is to determine what are the basic elements affecting the region economy of the CR and then compare Moravian-Silesian and Zlin region and to propose possible recommendations that may contribute to the objectification of regional funding. The theoretical part deals with the establishment of the regions, budget process and budget breakdown, then there are income and expenditure charasterictics of czech regions. The analytical part deals with the analysis of regions´ economic in the Czech Republic, there is described an overview of all TSU operations for the years 2010, 2009 and 2008. Then followed the comparison of Moravian-Silesian and Zlin region. The practical part deals with the evaluation of the regions´ basic factors of economic. Then followed the comparison of Moravian-Silesian and Zlin region.
