Zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti podniku na trhu nákladní železniční dopravy

Abstract

Competitiveness in rail freight transport is the current economic issue in the Czech Republic and the European Economic Area. Every business that participates in a still-built market is wondering whether it has the resources and prerequisites that make it competitive. The aim of this work is to analyze and evaluate these assumptions of the largest Czech freight forwarder. The analysis uses basic analytical methods used in economics to assess the competitiveness of companies - PESTLE analysis, Porter's five competitive forces, financial analysis, benchmarking and SWOT analysis.
