Abstract
The Bachelor thesis deals issue of the Evaluation of Customers´ Satisfaction of ArcelorMittal istribution Czech Republic company. This thesis is divided in two particals, the first theoretical partical deals methods evaluation of the customers´ satisfaction, their division and actual knowledge of the characters of customer. The second practical partical occupies with comparison dates and actual evaluation of customers´.
