Regenerace sídliště Přerov

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je navrhnout regeneraci části sídliště v Přerově. Obsahem diplomové práce bude vymezení regenerované plochy, návrh řešení zelených a komunikačních ploch stávajícího sídliště tak, aby jednotlivé plochy byly jasně určeny. Regenerace bude spočívat, kromě změn komunikací, statické dopravy a mobiliáře, také v návrhu zařízení, ploch a objektů pro využití volného času, mládeže i dospělých. Návrh se bude řídit podmínkami vládního nařízení č. 494/2000 Sb., regenerace panelových sídlišť a bude respektovat současný stav s možností další realizace případných rekonstrukcí stávajících obytných budov eventuelně občanské vybavenosti.

The subject of this thesis is to propose the regeneration of Housing Estates in Přerov. The thesis contains the definition of the regenerated area for green design and communication areas of existing settlements so that individual areas are clearly identified. Regeneration will consist, in addition to changes in communications, transport and static furniture, also in the design of equipment, land and buildings for leisure, youth and adults. The proposal will be subject to the terms of decree no. 494/2000 legal code is Regeneration of Housing Estates and it will respect the current situation with the possibility of further implementation of any reconstruction of existing residential buildings eventually amenities.
