Kaizen - implementace 5S v Pars nova, a.s. a vyhodnocení této změny

Abstract

This Master´s thesis deals with the implementation of 5S in selected workplaces in Pars Nova plc and evaluating the change. It is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical. The main objective of this thesis is the implementation of 5S, in the machining shop and the subsequent evaluation of the benefits of this change. The theoretical part describes the philosophy of Kaizen, partial methods, and especially the 5S methods. The practical part is dedicated to the implementation of 5S in the machining shop. The evaluation of this implementation is divided into three parts. First a verbal and visual evaluation, than by savings quantified and finally an evaluation evaluated by a questionnaire survey. In conclusion in the thesis there are recommendations that will help the Pars nova plc organization improve the current situation in production.
