Abstract
In this work, there is an elaborated analysis of the current marketing strategy of the company ARAKO Ltd. At first there are detailed theoretical procedures of marketing management and marketing strategies that aims to increase competitiveness. Then followed by description of the company's current strategy ARAKO Ltd. and its subsequent analysis using the Porter's model of five competitive forces, SWOT analysis and analysis of competitors. Next part is the marketing plan, which incorporates marketing objectives and marketing strategy. In the conclusion are set out proposals and recommendations for the company ARAKO Ltd.
