Návrh bezpečného pracovního postupu pro údržbu, seřizování a opravy kovoobráběcích strojů

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with ensuring of safety and health at work with metal-working machinery. The aim of the work is to design a safe work procedure for maintenance, adjustment and repairs of metalworking machines. The introduction deals with chip machining and distribution of the most widely used metal cutting machines and their functions. The paper also reviews general requirements for metalworking machine tools, principles of work with metal cutting machines, workers responsibility and the actual proposals and requirements for maintenance, adjustment and repairs of these machines. Further there are identified and assessed risks of these activities and appropriate precautions are then proposed. Part of this work is also design of documentation of these activities.
