Stanovení východisek pro prevenci potenciálních krizí v konkrétním podniku

Abstract

Cílem práce je stanovení krizového profilu vybraného podnikatelského subjektu. Teoretická část práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první části je teoreticky popsáno krizové řízení. V další části jsou teoreticky popsané metody a techniky indentifikace krizových ohnisek v podniku. V praktické části jsou teoretické poznatky využity při aplikaci metod a technik identifikace krizových ohnisek. Teoretické poznatky jsou doplněny o informace ze seriozních zdrojů. Výsledkem práce je identifikace šesti krizových ohnisek, které podnik ohrožují.

The main goal of thesis is the determing of crisis profil of specific enterprise. The teoretical part is divided into two parts. There is teoretically described crisis management in the first part. Second part deals with the teoretical describe of methods and techniques of the identification of critical outbreaks. These methods and techniques are used in the practical part of thesis. Teoretical findings are complemented by informations from the serious sources. The result of the thesis is identification of six crisi outbreaks that pose a threat for the enterprise.
