Abstract
The bachelor thesis focuses on cost reduction by optimizing the production capacity using the idle time analysis.
The concept of enterprise, costs, controlling and production capacity is described in the theoretical part.
The practical part characterizes the current state of the company ON Semiconductor Czech Republic, s.r.o. Furthermore, the analysis of production capacity utilization and time idle is carried out. SWOT analysis and Pareto principle is used in the thesis.
