Konkurs jako jeden ze způsobů řešení úpadku dlužníka

Abstract

The thesis is focused on a bankruptcy as one form of solution of the financial crisis of a company. The aim of the thesis is a detailed analysis and an evaluation of reasons leading to decay and consecutive bankruptcy of a small company SPEDOMAT Ltd. The theoretical part is focused on description of possible reasons of the financial crisis and forms of their solutions which is aimed at investment, sale and the bankruptcy. 10-years cycle of the company, analysis of financial management and course of insolvency proceedings are described in the practical part. The last chapter concerns causes of company default and further solutions. Actual situation of the insolvency proceedings in the Czech Republic are mentioned as well. The issue of small and medium enterprises is also included. The thesis could be used by small entrepreneurs to be aware of mistakes which can lead in to financial problems.
