Abstract

„Analýza vhodnosti a účinnosti realizace interních auditů systému managementu v organizaci dodávající teplo“

Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza a zhodnocení provádění interních auditů v organizaci z pohledu jejich vhodnosti a účinnosti. V první části práce je popsán teoretický úvod do problematiky auditování systému managementu, který zahrnuje vývoj a význam interního auditu časem, požadavky ISO norem na provádění auditu, východiska obecného procesu auditování a nakonec je představen profesionální profil a osobní vlastnosti dobrého auditora. Druhá část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na provádění interních auditů integrovaného systému managementu v organizaci a zhodnocení účinnosti těchto auditů.

The aim of this thesis is the analysis and evaluate the implementation of internal audits of the organization in terms of their suitability and effectiveness. The first part describes the theoretical introduction to auditing management system, which includes the development and importance of internal audit time, the requirements of ISO standards on auditing, process audit of the general background and then presents a professional profile and personal characteristics of a good auditor. The second part of this thesis focuses on the implementation of internal audits of an integrated management system in the organization and evaluate the effectiveness of these audits.
