Abstract

The topic of this bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for a new family house and the solution for heating the family house in Ostrava-město using a heat pump and photovoltaic panels. The bachelor´s thesis is divided to two parts.The first, construction part contains the solution of project documentation of a new family house, in the range for the implementation of the construction in the range of HVAC needs meeting all the necessary standards and requirements. The second part, dealing with HVAC, deals with the heating of a family house, including domestic hot water heating. The building's perimeter structures are designed to prevent heat leakage, thus reducing heating costs.The family house will largely use renewable energy sources, for heating and hot water, mainly heat from the ground and solar radiation. The bachelor's thesis includes project documentation of a family house, technical administrationand relevant drawing documentation.
