Zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti gumárenské firmy

Abstract

The objective of the diploma thesis is to evaluate competitiveness and to present suggestions possibly leading to improvement of the current situation. Analysed company, Hexpol Compounding Ltd., is making business in the rubber industry, dealing with its processing. The thesis is using methods evaluating the internal and external environment, such as Porter‘s analysis, PESTLE analysis, SWOT analysis and methods of the financial analysis. As a result of using these methods there were made suggestions which could contribute to either improve or to make sustainable strategy related to competitiveness.
