Analýza vlastností odpadů a alternativních paliv pro energetické využití

Abstract

This thesis deals with the possibilities of energy recovery from waste and alternative fuels in facilities designed for this purpose. It places the energy recovery of alternative fuels in the context of legislation and the current state of the field. It also includes a methodology that refers to the relevant standards according to which the sample analysis was carried out. Selected samples of waste and alternative fuels are evaluated based on the determined selected properties. The measured parameters include moisture content, ash content, volatile combustible matter, gross heating value and net heating value, and the related elemental analysis of the samples. The measured results are evaluated and mutually compared in this thesis, with emphasis placed on their suitability for further energy recovery based on the obtained data.
