Abstract
This bachelor thesis addresses the issue of mental health of pupils and teachers in primary school, emphasising the new concept of wellbeing. This concept encompasses a holistic view of the mental, social and physical well-being of individuals. Current research points to a deterioration in the mental state of children in primary schools, with much worse outcomes than a few years ago. This phenomenon is associated with a higher incidence of depression and anxiety disorders in children, which can have long-term consequences not only during their school life but also in adulthood. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to identify and learn how to address the signs of risky behaviour of pupils in a selected primary school with the help of grant support from the Moravian-Silesian Region. The bachelor's thesis deals with the theoretical background dealing with mental health, wellbeing and subsidy policy in the field of education. It describes in great detail the application for subsidies that will help both teachers and pupils in dealing with these mental health issues. The end of the bachelor thesis deals with the accounting of the primary school and the accounting cases related to the subsidy support for the prevention of risky behaviour in children and young people.
