Fundamentální analýza Komerční banky, a. s.

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je fundamentální analýza Komerční banky. Skládá se ze šesti kapitol. Cílem této diplomové práce je stanovit vnitřní hodnotu akcie společnosti Komerční banky a doporučit tuto akcii investorům ke koupi či k prodeji na základě všech zjištěných údajů. V teoretické části je podrobná charakteristika fundamentální analýzy. Jsou popsány kurzotvorné faktory působící na cenu akcie na globální a odvětvové úrovni, finanční analýza a stanovení vnitřní hodnoty akcie. V praktické části je aplikována fundamentální analýza. Nejprve na úrovni globální a odvětvové. Dále pak je vypočtena finanční analýza a vnitřní hodnoty akcie pomocí dividendového diskontního modelu, ziskového modelu, historických metod, a to P/S modelu a P/BV modelu a také pomocí bilančních metod, jež jsou použity pouze hodnoty účetní a substanční. Na závěr je provedeno investiční doporučení na základě stanovení vnitřní hodnoty akcie, finanční a SWOT analýzy a také se přihlíží k atraktivitě odvětví a vývoji celé ekonomiky.

The thesis deals with fundamental analysis of Komerční banka. It consists of six chapters. The aim of this thesis is to determine the intrinsic value of the share of Komerční banka and recommend that share investors to buy or to sell on the basis of all collected data. The theoretical part is a detailed characterization of fundamental analysis. Described kurzotvorné factors affecting the share price at the global and sectoral level, financial analysis and determination of the intrinsic value of share. Fundamentals analysis is applied in the practical part. First, the global and sectoral level. Then it is calculated the financial analysis and the intrinsic value of stock using the dividend discount model, the profit model, historical methods, and P/S model and P/BV model as well as by the box method, which uses only the book value and are substantially. At the end, an investment recommendation on the basis of determining the intrinsic value of shares, the financial and SWOT analysis as well as accountability to the attractiveness of the sector and the development of the entire economy.
