The aim of this bachelor thesis is to process a technological progress in the implementation of the flat roof of the apartment building. Part of the bachelor thesis is also elaboration of the project documentation for building permit according to Decree no. 405/2017 Coll. amending Decree no. 499/2006 Coll. on building documentation, as amended by Decree no. 62/2013 Coll. and Decree no. 169/2016 Coll., the itemized budget for the construction work for the roof construction and the timetable for the work.
