Posouzení a zhodnocení činnosti fotbalové agentury

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na posouzení a zhodnocení činnosti fotbalové agentury TOP SPORT MANAGEMENT. Cílem je posoudit a zhodnotit finanční fungování společnosti, a zároveň také popisuje celkovou činnost agentury. K realizaci cíle jsou využity tyto metody výzkumu: rozhovor a dotazník. Rozhovor je prováděn s majitelem agentury Martinem Hrdličkou a dotazník vyplňují hráči, jenž společnost zastupuje. Dále je popsána rozvaha a výkaz zisků a ztrát za rok 2023. Z výsledků je zřejmé, že agentura je díky zisku ekonomicky stabilní, a zároveň je potřeba snížit počet zastupovaných fotbalistů.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the assessment and evaluation of the activities of the football agency TOP SPORT MANAGEMENT. The aim is to assess and evaluate the financial performance of the company and also describes the overall operations of the agency. The following research methods are used to realize the objective: interview and questionnaire. The interview is conducted with the owner of the agency, Martin Hrdlička, and the questionnaire is filled in by the players represented by the company. Furthermore, the balance sheet and profit and loss statement for the year 2023 are described. The results show that the agency is economically stable due to the profit, and at the same time the number of represented football players needs to be reduced.
