Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on the economic and time comparison technologies of the roof deck construction. In this thesis is compared a variant of the flat roof the order of layers with the roof gardens. The main assessment criteria are time and financial demands, energy demands, function construction of, life of the structure and impact on the environment. The thesis is connected with the project of office building of the forest administration in Zlin. The project documentation for construction is a part of the diploma thesis according to the applicable legislation and standards. The technological project deals with the construction technological part, which includes the technologic regulation of selected variants, site equipment, schedule of works and itemized budget of the roof cladding and used mechanisms for the construction of the building.
