Abstract

Bachelor thesis addresses the issue of streamlining the work of human resources in the company. The theoretical part consists of all the important terms that the author tried to clarify by using specialized publications and knowledge acquired during the studies. In the practical part, Empesort, s.r.o., is introduced. The aim of this work was to find out what are the current methods of motivation, staff management and also to offer improvement or alternation for more effective work in the company. The author examined how the company keeps records of attendance. She proposed a new method of recording and selected potential supplier.
