Abstract

The bachelor thesis „Waste management in the company‘‘ is focused on waste management and waste management in general and in the company Pivovar Ostrava a.s. In the first part of this thesis there is a general description of waste management, what kinds of waste are separated, processed, treated and used. The second part is devoted to a specific company Pivovar Ostrava a.s. and analyzing and handling waste status. Among other things, the history and modernity of the brewery and beer production in the company are described in this section. In the last part is suggested possible solution for waste management in the brewery to improve the environment.
