Využití lopatových rýpadel typu E 2,5 v báňském provozu lomu Vršany a další perspektiva jejich nasazení do roku 2020

Abstract

Tato práce zpracovává téma provozu lopatových rýpadel typu E 2,5 (302) na lomu Vršany, se zaměřením na historické souvislosti nasazení lopatových rýpadel na povrchových lomech. Také řeší, popisuje používání těchto strojů v současnosti a navrhuje jejich využití do roku 2020. V kapitole zabývající se současností zhodnocuje využití těchto strojů v době éry těžby uhlí a skrývky pomocí výkonných rýpadel K 800 na technologickém celku řady 1 a 2. ve spojení s dálkovou pásovou dopravou. V práci jsou doloženy ekonomické náklady na lomu Vršany s návrhem na jejich využití v dalších letech, zvláště ve spojení s kolejovou dopravou na lokalitách Vršanské uhelné a.s.

This work is dealing with usage of the coal mine digger E 2.5(302) in quarry Vršany with the focus put on the historical context of the usage of the coal mine digger in surface quarries. The work is describing the usage of these machins in presents and giving an integrated plan of futher usage up to the year 2020. In chapter dealing with the present usage of these machines the summary of the usage during the coal and overburden mining age in the technological sections 1 and 2 is presented. During this age the coal mine digger K800 was used in connection with the conveyor belt. In this work economical costs of the usage of the coal mine digger E 2.5 is presented. In the next part the detailed analyses of the usage during the next years of the coal mine diggers with rail transport in the quarry Vršany is desribed.
