Abstract

The diploma thesis theme is „Employee Recruitment and Selection“. The diploma thesis is focused on employee recruitment and selection in a specific organization and it aims to analyze the state of recruitment and selection of employees and basing on this analysis to create such suggestions and recommendations that would remedy the deficiencies in the process. The thesis is divided into two main parts - theoretical and practical. In the theoretical section basic knowledge of recruitment and selection of employees is provided. In the practical part the description of the Multip Moravia, Ltd. is stated, followed by the part that deals with the analysis of current state of the compnay and last part consists of proposals and recommendations that could improve the process of recruitment and selection of employees in the organization.
