Abstract
The work assesses defects, which come of continuous cast of steel on the final products. Possible causes are described in details, and they have influence on occurence of cast semiproducts defects. The main result is an evaluation of seriousness of the defects. With respect to further processing and also indication of possible precautions or the elimination itself.
