Abstract

The central theme of this thesis is human resources and the main attention is paid to a question of education and development of employees. The aim of this thesis is to study and analyze the question of human resources management and its current alternatives. The ground of a theoretical part is consisted of general solutions represented by various different methods, organizational approaches and current trends. Individual spheres are explained and described further in the text. The main attention in theoretical part is paid to a system of talent management, specifically to a process of gaining of talents with consequent creation of a conception called talent-pool. The method of talent management and its segments are not only described but also the process of its evaluation and management are explained. The practical part deals with the characteristic of a company, of a rank of its employees and its organizational structure. This part also includes the analysis of the current process of education and development of employees in a given company. This analysis gives an outline of individual educational projects that are or were carried out by the company. Further in the analysis the number of participants and needed financial resources are concretized. The conclusion of this thesis aims to suggest the process or method of talent management, specifically the process of gaining of talents with the focus on creating the conception of talent-pool and draft program for the development of talent within the company PROMONT , Inc.
