dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením efektivnosti již zrealizované investice společnosti Terri, s.r.o. V první části jsou uvedena teoretická východiska hodnocení efektivnosti a v části druhé jsou tato východiska aplikovaná na konkrétní investici, kterou je rekonstrukce budovy pro vybudování bytových jednotek, kanceláří pro vedení společnosti, výstavba parkovacích ploch pro komerční i nekomerční účely. Na závěr práce je zařazeno konečné zhodnocení dané investice.cs
dc.description.abstractThe thesis deals with the evaluation of the effectiveness of investments already implemented by Terri, Ltd. The first part sets out the theoretical evaluation of the effectiveness and in the second part these resources are applied to the specific investment which is a reconstruction of a building into residential units, offices for management, construction of parking areas for commercial and non-commercial purposes. At the conclusion of the work is included final evaluation of the investment.en
