Abstract

This bachelor thesis consists of a theoretical and practical part. The aim of the thesis is to create a sample plan of precautionary winter maintenance that is a part of a complex of activities that deal with property maintenance (Facility Management). The thesis will apply theoretical solutions that are defined by laws that include terms associated with winter maintenance in small villages and sum up all available technical and legal regulations that apply to the issues. The second part of the thesis consists of practical knowledge of winter maintenance applied to a particular group of small villages. It includes recommendation from a point of view of optimization of costs.
