Abstract
Bachelor thesis solves construction technology project of low-energy one- family house, built on the plot 2099/1, willage of Janovice.
The low – energy one – family house is designed with full basement as cellarge, two floors and unoccupied attic and saddle roof. Basement is designed with Porotherm walls, first and second floor is wood.
Integral part of the project is the technology implementation process (construction of the roof ) and energy lable of the building according to CSN 73 0540 – 2 (2007).
