Abstract

The subject of the thesis is an analysis of service time of a chousen product in company which is focused on repairing products in the field of information technology. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the service time of chosen products – notebooks and tablets in the ASUS Czech Service Ltd. and draft appropriate strategy to optimize the service time. Thesis in theoretical part focuses on the description of ASUS Czech Service and on the strategic management and innovation in general. In the practical part proceeds via analysis of process service program and service base and analysis internal potential of the company using the identification of material, financial, human and immaterial resources, and identification of competitive advantages by VRIO method. The result of thesis is to draft a strategy for optimizing the service time of notebooks and tablets in service department in ASUS Czech Service and its evaluation.
