Abstract
This thesis deals with positive pressure ventilation during the fire of vehicles in an enclosed garage compound, where it is not possible to establish the chimney hole. This thesis contains three thematic units. The first one deals with basic information about the positive pressurized ventilation, fire safety, enclosed garage compound and the attributes of combustion products. In the second part, practical tests and measurements on the issue of positive pressurized ventilation are carried out. In the third section, the data are analyzed and findings from field tests are presented, as well as possible options for the deployment of positive pressure ventilation in cases of vehicle fires in enclosed garage compounds.
