Elektronický podpis a jeho zřízení v ČR

Abstract

The point of this thesis was to analyze knowledge and the reason why is the electronic signature not much used. I also ascertained conditions for electronic signature creation using certification authority. I choosed the Czech post and the First certification authority and then I compared this two ways to create the electronic signature.

The thesis is divided to a several parts. It starts with the Introduction, then there are three more parts. One part is theoretical and next two parts are practical. The thesis is ended by conclusion.

Theoretical part is pointed to a general informations about the electronic signature. At first I wrote about enactment of electronic signature, I analyzed terms related to the eletronic signature. I examined the certification authorities, I mentioned andvantages and disadvantages of the electronic signature. I didn’t forget to mention kinds and utilization of the electronic signatures. I also compared a paper document with an electronic document and I briefly specified technical description of the electronic signature. And finally I analyzed one concrete vedict.

Practical part is divided into two chapters. In one of them I’m solving the creation of electronic signature using two certification authorities and using dealers. Next I’m comparing the creation of the electronic signature using two certification authorities. Next chapter is pointed to analyze the knowledge and a reason why is the electronic signature still not much used by people. In this chapter I analysed results of my examination and then there are some suggestions and recommendations.
