Abstract
The topic of the thesis is about the hotel services in the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic. There were compared following areas – fields of trades in the hotel industry and the whole process of obtaining a trade license. Including the obligations to government entities in both countries.The administrative severity of administrative charges, classification of accommodation facilities and indication in the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic, all with regard to the former joint Czechoslovak legislation on the hotel industry.
