Abstract
The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to get to know stomach functionality as well as it's physiology. After that It's possible to build the Model of regulation of gastric acidity. Model is assembled in program called Matlab - Simulink. The first thing is to build a mathematical model for work in Simulink. Part of this work is also creation of graphic user interface. Final result is to create a laboratory task.
