Abstract

This diploma thesis focuses on the possible problems of managing technological change in the company. It also deals with information systems and improving workflow. The theoretical part is at the beginning devoted to general quality management, then it focuses on change management and change in particular. Moreover, it discusses the benefits of information systems and discusses the term workflow from different angles. The practical part deals with the transfer of paper form to electronic form using specific software called Microsoft Sharepoint Foundation 2010 and Microsoft SharePoint Designer 2010. The solution is carried out through a cursory instructions for installation of required software and description of basic actions needed to complete assignment in the above mentioned programs.
