Horský cyklopenzion v Karlovicích

Abstract

MACHÁČ, Adam. Mountain Bike Hotel. Ostrava, 2020. Diploma thesis. Ostrava: VŠB-TUO, 2020 This diploma thesis deals with a project for the construction of a guest house. The building has two parts - one for the building manager housing, and the other one for guest accommodation. The accommodation part is two-storey, the part intended for housing is one-storey. The whole building has no basement. A gabled roof is designed in two height levels. The building is located in the village of Karlovice in Silesia, in the local part of Zadní Ves. In the part intended for permanent living there are the following rooms: bedroom, living room with kitchenette, children's room, vestibule, kitchen, and utility room. In the part that serves for accommodation of guests there is a hall with a reception, facilities for employees, and five rooms with a private bathroom.
