Abstract

This Bachelor work is focused on workflow information system implementation issues used in company order management. The theoretic part follows the explanation of the basic terms as business process, process management and workflow system and explains the importance of the company system. The practical part of the Bachelor work introduces the concrete company PHYSICAL TECHNICAL TESTING INSTITUTE, State Enterprise and also describes the particular workflow product implementation used for orders proceeding related to product approving. It also applies to original management system compared with the new management system and proposal of possible changes and improvements.
