dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá integrovaným systémem řízení ve společnosti RENOGUM a.s. První část práce je zaměřena na teoretické požadavky norem, které tvoří integrovaný systém společnosti. Jedná se o normy systémů managementu ISO 9001, ISO 14001 a OHSAS 18001. Druhou část práce tvoří popis stávajícího systému řízení ve společnosti, který musí být upraven z důvodu organizační změny, která do zavedeného systému zasáhla. V závěru práce jsou pak tyto potřebné změny systému navrženy tak, aby byl integrovaný systém společnosti nadále udržován a aby byl připraven na nadcházející certifikační audit.cs
dc.description.abstractThis thesis deals with the integrated management system in company RENOGUM a.s. The first part focuses on the theoretical requirements of the standards, that make up the integrated system in the company. These are management system standard ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. The second part comprises a description of the existing management system in the company. The system has to be modified due to the organizational changes, which occur in the company. The necessary changes in the system are designed in conclusion and to by ready for the upcoming certification audit.en
