Abstract

His thesis is focused on the level of education of doctors already working in the clinic of pediatric medicine at the University Hospital in Ostrava. My goal is to show what doctors have opportunities in education and how are satisfied with these opportunities in education. Find out who pays the training, when and where it is. To determine which of the possible methods of learning is most beneficial for medics. Find out what doctors means as positive or negative in their education and what they would change.

To achieve the objectives I use a combination of two methods. Survey method designed for medics and clinics for paediatrics additional information interviews with a doctor from this clinic.

MSc thesis is divided into several parts. The first part deals with the theoretical explanation of education and the obligations stemming from the law to the doctors. In the following analysis I find out answers to the objective. In the final are proposals and recommendations contained training doctors in paediatrics clinic.
