Abstract
The aim of this thesis was to analyze utilization of electronic auctions by companies focus on production specifically on the Slovak market. It was observed what reasons the company decided to use electronic auctions, how advantages and disadvantages of this form of payment they perceive, with which the provide work together, they focus on to which commodities and possibly why they are not satisfied with electronic auctions. Next aim was to determine how large a market share of NAR Marketing Ltd. they occupy in the market. To collect primary informations has been used method of electronic and telephonic interviews. The results of research will be used for the company NAR Marketing Ltd. The most important information for the company is that the large unexploited potential is in the Slovak market which for an awarding the company is a large opportunity.
