Abstract

The present bachelor thesis called “Rewarding in the Organization“ deals with an analysis of the existing remuneration system at constructional and wiring company JOBO. It belongs between smaller companies actuating in Moravskoslezsky country. The thesis contains an elementary theoretical treatise on the employees’ remuneration and motivation of employees. In the practical part of the thesis has been analysed present remuneration system at the JOBO company, and making use of the results of a questionnaire survey among everyone of the employees, the thesis has assessed the quality and functionality of remuneration. In the final part “Proposals and Recommendations, on the basis of all the known facts the author has suggested some partial changes of the remuneration system at JOBO company.
