Abstract

Aim of this thesis is to present a comprehensive view to determining the crisis profile of which is to serve as part of crisis prevention in the company. It is divided into two major parts - the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part presents terms such as risk and crisis, crisis management and analyzes the selected analytical methods such as PEST analysis, Porter's five competitive forces analysis and SWOT analysis. In the practical part there is complete analysis of external and internal environment of the company with mentioned methods. After examining the environment, thesis aims at creating a crisis plan. On the basis of identified crisis potential are determined positions of emergency outbreaks in crisis matrix taking into account the probability of crises and its effect on business. At the end of this thesis realization of crisis strategy is applied, that should help company how to prevent crisis.
