Abstract

Entrepreneurship in Czech Republic is becoming increasingly popular and it is reason why I chose the topic of establishing a limited liability company for the processing of this bachelor's thesis. The main aim of the thesis is clarify the conditions for entrepreneurship in the Czech Republic, establish a fictitious limited liability company and compilate its business plan. The thesis is divided into three main chapters. The first chapter explains the basic terms related to entrepreneurship, describes the legal forms, the personality of the entrepreneur and what should be included in the business plan. The second chapter practically describes the process of establishing a relaxing studio, including filling in the relevant documents and forms. In final chapter is the business plan. The thesis will be a useful tool for aspiring entrepreneurs who are unsure about process of establishing a limited liability company.
