Systém pro vyhodnocení reakcí pacientů

Cílem této diplomové práce je vytvoření analytického systému, pro sledování, analýzu a hodnocení pacientů v rámci testů kognitivních funkcí. Práce se zabývá testováním, shromažďováním výsledků a jejich hodnocením. Dále se snaží vytvořit rámec pro analýzu těchto výsledků a umožnit příjít s novými možnostmi a postupy, které by mohli ovlivnit dosavadní praxi. Jejím cílem tedy není přímo tyto postupy tvořit, ale dát užitečný nástroj lékařům, kteří jej pak mohou použít pro zlepšení další léčby. Vlastní práce je složena z několika částí. První částí je shrnutí problematiky organických a kognitivních poruch. Zde se snažím seznámit čtenáře s těmito funkcemi, jejich poruchami, metodami jejich zjišťování, klasifikace a následné léčby. Poté se zabývám vlastní analýzou těchto dat a vytvořením rámce pro práci s nimi. To znaméná analýza pro budoucí implementaci testovacího programu a analýza výsledného systému. Poslední částí je pak vysvětlení vlastní implementace jednotlivých částí.

Analysis and Evaluation of Response Patients

The aim of this thesis is to create an analytical systém for monitoring, analyzing and assesing patients in tests of cognitive functions. The work deals with the testing, collecting results and their evaluation. Furhermore, trying to establish a framework to analyze these results and allow to come up with new possibilities and procedures that could affect current practice. Its aim is therefore not directly generate these procedures, but give a useful tool to doctors who can then use it to improve further treatment. The work is composed of several parts. The first part is a summary of the problems of organic and cognitive disorders. Here I try to familiarize readers with these functions and ther disorders, methods of their detection, classification and subsequent treatment. Then I deal with their ownanalysis of the data and creating a framework for working with them. This analysis means for the future implementation of the test program and analysis of the resulting system. The last part is the explanation of the actual implementation of the individual parts.
