Analýza možností zvýšení atraktivity města pro obyvatele

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je zjištění atraktivity města Krnova prostřednictvím hodnocení spokojenosti obyvatel s poskytovanými službami, zaměřený zejména na vnímání kvality a úrovně bydlení, dopravní infrastruktury, životního prostředí, sítě zdravotnických služeb a v neposlední řadě i správy a samosprávy. Teoretická část diplomové práce popisuje marketing města. Další kapitola je zaměřena na charakteristiku města Krnova. Po sestavení metodiky výzkumu bylo provedeno měření spokojenosti obyvatel se službami tohoto města. V poslední kapitole jsou navrhnuty doporučení na zvýšení atraktivity tohoto města pro obyvatele vyplývající z analýzy výzkumu.

The primary aim of my thesis is to determine the attractiveness of the city Krnov through the measuring of the satisfaction with services provided to its residents, focused on perception of the quality and level of housing, transport infrastructure, environment, network of health services and last but not least on the local governments. The theoretical part of my thesis is dedicated to the city marketing. The following chapter focuses on the city profile. The measuring of the satisfaction of the city with the services was proceeded by setting up of the research methodology. In the final chapter, there is outlined the recommendations on how to increase the attractiveness of the city for its residents, resulting from the research analysis.
