Abstract
The quality of electricity is not enough for most people, understandable terms. The word "quality" as it is often mistakenly associated only with the quality of electricity. Electricity is a commodity that is not on a large scale indefinitely store. So if you produce quality electricity, without delay almost immediately consumed in the final point of consumption. While the speed of transport of electricity is close to the speed of light, occurs during this transport in the electric network interference which impairs the quality of the transported electricity. Generally speaking, the more the cumulative nonlinear elements connected to the mains while they are not in any way disturbing influences filtered or attenuated, the more around these nonlinear elements disturbing effects of the retroactive effects on the mains with the impacts on the quality of electricity in the spot collection. Impaired quality of electricity leads not only to a reduction in effectiveness or malfunction of electrical appliances, but often also in such adverse conditions, such as overcurrent center conductor or a fault in the appliance.
This dissertation analyzes the development of power quality parameters in two selected areas, specifically in the Moravian-Silesian Region and the Pilsen Region. In both cases involve an assessment of power quality parameters of long-term measurements, which is located in the distribution networks of ČEZ, as at voltage levels high and very high voltage. Data for this analysis gave a consent to the processing of these data gave CEZ Distribution, as For processing such data was in MS Excel 2010 created several macros and using the development environment Visual Basic for Application. The goal of this dissertation is not only evaluate all quality parameters according to EN 50160 ED. 3, but also to examine the trend in the quality of the measurement points of the distribution network and try to predict the development of power quality with respect to all known circumstances in the vicinity of the measurement. Another part of this thesis is to compare different methods of evaluation variables with two levels, with surveys in power quality. A separate chapter is the evaluation so far undefined quality parameters for vvn network and compared with the voltage level vn in EN 50160 ED. 3. The results of this evaluation may serve as a partial basis for adding the EN 50160 standard ED. 3rd.
