Abstract
This bachelor thesis presents the design and implementation of an interface for bidirectional interaction between a climatic chamber and an electrodynamic vibration exciter based on the Siemens LOGO! platform. Automating the process of shutting down one device in case of fault detection on the other and ensuring uniform stresses on the test samples are the main objectives. The focus is on the analysis of the test equipment, the development of the technical solution including the selection of components, the creation of the program and the implementation of the error logging and SMS notification functions. The conclusion is devoted to the verification of the system functionality during laboratory tests and the evaluation of its contribution to improve the reliability and efficiency of testing operations in the automotive industry.
