Politika hospodářské a sociální soudržnosti EU jako nástroj podpory rozvoje městských oblastí v České republice

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je podpora měst ze strukturálních fondů Evropské unie. Cílem diplomové práce je představení různých nástrojů podpory rozvoje měst v České republice ve dvou po sobě jdoucích období 2007–2013 a 2014–2020 se zaměřením na zvláštní nástroj podpory JESSICA. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol, z nichž tři jsou obsahové. Druhá kapitola je orientována na vznik vývoj, význam a úlohou politiky hospodářské a sociální soudržnosti. Závěr kapitoly popisuje integrovaný přístup k územnímu rozvoji. Třetí kapitola je orientovaná na konkrétní integrované nástroje a zvláštní nástroj podpory JESSICA. Čtvrtá kapitola popisuje využití JESSICA v programovém období 2007-2013 a možnost využití v současném programovém období.

The theme of this thesis is support urban areas from European Union structural funds. The aim of this thesis is to introduce different tools to support the development of cities in the Czech Republic in two following periods 2007–2013 and 2014–2020, focusing on special support instrument JESSICA. The thesis is divided into five chapters, from three have a content. The second chapter is focused on the origin, evolution, significance and role of EU Cohesion Policy. End of the chapter describes an integrated approach to territorial development. The third chapter is focused on the specific integrated tools and special support instrument JESSICA. The fourth chapter describes the use of special support instrument JESSICA in the programming period 2007–2013 and its possible use in the current programming period.
