Abstract

The bachelor’s thesis “Agreements on Work Performed Outside an Employment Relationship and Their Analysis at a Selected Employer” deals with the issue of agreements on work performed outside an employment relationship and their use within the selected company Dohody. The theoretical part focuses on the legal, tax, and accounting regulation of agreements on work performance (DPP) and agreements on working activity (DPČ). The practical part is focused on the analysis of these agreements within the selected company. The result is the formulation of recommendations for the effective use of agreements within the selected company.
